Can I order prints to view before purchasing?
Yes, you can, but please keep in mind that our prints are high-quality art reproductions. They are often damaged during return shipping, making them unsellable. To stay sustainable (and mindful of our small business), feel free to reach out for advice before purchasing. If you’re unsure which poster suits you best, contact us here:

I don’t like my item. What can I do?
That’s unfortunate! We’d appreciate feedback on what you didn’t like (e.g., the color or design) so we can improve. For returns, see the section below on “Returns.”
My print arrived damaged. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that! We take great care in packaging our shipments, but accidents can happen during transit.
Please send us a photo at philip.goerres@gmail.com, and we’ll assist you as soon as possible.
How long do I have to cancel my order?
The cancellation period is 30 days from the date you receive your order. Refunds are no longer possible after this period.

How do I return my order?
Carefully repack the prints in their original packaging and include the delivery slip if available. Address your return to:

For letter-sized shipments within Germany, use a €1.55 stamp.
For letters within Europe (e.g., Austria or Switzerland), use a €3.70 stamp.
For parcels, send them insured with tracking via a provider of your choice. Within Germany, this typically costs €5. Prices for international returns may vary.
Who covers the cost of a return?
As stated in our Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We kindly ask for your understanding that, as a small business, we are unable to cover these costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return has arrived at our facility (this can take up to 10 business days), we will promptly refund the amount to your original payment method.
